The problem
Whoever runs the office pool becomes its unpaid operator. Picks get chased over text, scores get retyped off the TV, eliminations get argued in the group chat, and buy-ins get collected one awkward reminder at a time. The formats people actually want to run, survivor with a buyback, a Thanksgiving-only week, a touchdown chase priced off the real market, mostly do not exist anywhere they can just go set one up.
What we built
Four sports run on one platform: golf office pools, salary cap, snake draft and season long; eleven football formats across the NFL and college, from survivor and pick'em to a touchdown chase priced off live sportsbook odds; basketball draft leagues; horse racing draws and grids. Schedules, spreads, tournament fields and final scores sync from ESPN, DataGolf and the odds market, with self-healing checks for when a feed disagrees with what was stored. The commissioner console sits on its own route: paid and no-pick filters, one-tap reminders, house rules, an audit log, and a message sheet aimed at one member or the whole pool.
The result
Create the pool, then stay out of its way.
Picks lock on schedule and members get welcomed, reminded, told their result and offered a buyback when they are knocked out, without the commissioner sending a single message.
